Our Story
EasyStay Rentals started with a simple idea: everyone deserves a safe, clean, and affordable place to call home. We noticed that many workers and students were struggling to find decent accommodation near their workplaces and universities.
We focus on "missing middle" housing - places that are better than informal settlements but cheaper than luxury apartments. We renovate existing buildings and manage them professionally to ensure they stay clean and safe.
Today, we manage over 50 units across town, serving hundreds of happy tenants. We believe in fair leases, quick maintenance, and treating every tenant with respect.
